By accessing or using CodeAtEase you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. Buying

Purchases grant you the license described on the product page. Licenses are non-transferable unless stated otherwise. Downloads and updates are provided for products you own.

4. Selling

Authors warrant they own or have the right to sell their products. Products are subject to review and may be removed if they violate these terms or infringe third-party rights. The platform deducts a commission from each sale.

5. Refunds & disputes

Refunds may be granted where a product is not as described or does not function. Disputes are reviewed by the platform, whose decision is final.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not upload malware, infringe intellectual property, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

7. Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
